Frady came out to my job. I had planned on just doing some duct work but he talked some sense into me being that my system was over 15 years old and extremely inefficient. We discussed different options and I decided to go with the 19 seer goodman evolution system. It is pricey but well worth it. You can barely hear it run inside or out. While installing this his crew noticed my duct work was not sufficient so they added some returns in the upstairs and an extra supply for my office. This made a huge difference in the over comfort of my house. Based on my current usage my utilities will be cut in half at least. Frady might not be the cheapest and they are most certainly not the most expensive, in saying this i do think they are one of the best. Me and my wife are very happy!

Les arrived early, identified and fixed the HVAC problem in short order, explained what was done, and gave me a fair price. Highly recommended!

Joe Frady was able to come to my house and fix our air conditioning in less than 24hr of calling him. Joe replaced a part on the unit and had it working again very quickly! Coming to our home on Labor Day, is what I call excellent customer service.

Frady & Hall are honest, dependable, and extremely professional (and friendly). They came out quickly, explained everything in detail and gave us options, then completed the work quickly. Frady is amazing. Our A/C went out on one of the hottest days of the year just before Memorial Day and having a one month of baby in the house I needed to get it fixed quick. After calling several places with no help, I contacted Frady. Joe the owner called me back right away and listened to my problem and reviewed several options with me. He come out with his son on that holiday weekend to install a new unit. Joe is great guy and he and his son did a great job and provided a far price. I highly recommend Frady to anyone with HVAC needs.

My A/C quit on Friday night. I tried numerous firms. Some weren't open on weekends, others might come on Monday. Finally called Frady& Hall. Mr Frady came to my house in less than an hour on Saturday morning. Did great work, was very professional, and very efficient. Seems like a great guy too. Highly recommend.

Great service on a new install. They made sure to explain what was appropriate for our household and the cost approach to everything. Once installed they explained how to operate the system and came back out to get the system up and running when it was time. The customer service and response for this company is top notch. Trevor takes pride in his work and it definitely shows with the quality of work and the equipment they install.

We are so pleased we used Frady & Hall! The service was outstanding, the prices were competitive and everyone was professional. Being pregnant with twins at the beginning of summer with no AC wasn't a good place to be - but Frady & Hall fixed us up immediately and now all is right again! Was not prepared to have my AC unit go out in the middle of this sweltering heat. I had several different HVAC companies come out for comparison. I could not be happier in choosing Frady & Hall.
